Senior Test Engineer (Optical Manufacturing)

Location: Pathum Thani, Thailand (Navanakorn); onsite role

What you will do

• Own test strategy, coverage, specifications, plans, and execution for assigned products.
• Plan and execute reliability testing under environmental, mechanical, and operational stresses.
• Support new product introduction, product transfers, production ramp, qualification, documentation release, and engineering change management.
• Analyze test, reliability, yield, performance, and quality data to identify failure trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing and field issues.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, and global engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Physics, or related Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 6–10+ years of experience in test engineering or reliability engineering within high-tech manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing test development, execution, and data analysis.
• Experience with reliability testing, product qualification, and validation activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• English proficiency is required for collaboration in a global team.
