Finance Leadership Development Program-FLDP

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month and a 12-month finance assignment across Johnson & Johnson businesses.
• Gain experience in business unit finance, accounting, tax, supply chain finance, and R&D finance.
• Apply financial analysis, reporting, and planning expertise to support business decisions.
• Use data and financial systems such as SAP, TM1, Anaplan, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to improve processes and manage change.
• Present complex analysis clearly and build relationships with senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting and controlling, business administration, economics, analytics, or statistics.
• 1–3 years of full-time finance or accounting experience, excluding internships and apprenticeships.
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required. A TOEIC score is required; 850+ is preferred.
• Authorization to work permanently and full time in Japan is required.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, influence business partners with fact-based data, and contribute to process improvement.

Nice to have

• Sarbanes-Oxley experience or CPA, CMA, or another financial certification.
• Experience at a multinational company or Big Four accounting firm.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics, and financial reporting software.
