Structural Engineer - Fresher/Middle Level (Product Development) (Structural Engineering/Product Development): Designing and developing structural product concepts, prototypes, calculations, CAD models, and engineering tools for concrete, wood, steel, and mass timber markets with an accent on finite element analysis, product testing, and performance evaluation. Focus on coordinating testing, analyzing product data, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with US, EU, and Canadian stakeholders on continuous product improvement.

What you will do
- Design and develop product concepts and prototypes for concrete, light-frame wood, cold-formed steel, mass timber, and outdoor living applications.
- Perform feasibility studies, finite element analysis, product calculations, design iterations, and engineering analysis throughout the R&D lifecycle.
- Plan and coordinate product testing, analyze test data, and prepare test reports supporting product performance, durability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain 3D CAD models, drawings, engineering data, and analysis tools in collaboration with cross-functional and software teams.
- Create technical documentation including product catalogs, load tables, structural details, and installation manuals.
- Provide post-launch technical support and collaborate with Vietnam teams and global stakeholders on continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with 2–3 years of experience.
- Experience or coursework in CAD modeling; AutoCAD or similar software is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global teams and contribute practical improvement ideas.
- English proficiency at CEFR B2 or above, equivalent to TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.0.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with IBC, ACI-318, and ASCE-7 codes.
- Familiarity with VBA for Excel.
- Passion for general engineering, structural design, or research.
