Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Monitor production equipment, conduct regular testing, and ensure maintenance activities are completed.
• Oversee and optimize production processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Support Process Technicians with troubleshooting and equipment problem resolution.
• Collect, interpret, and present operational data and reports to senior colleagues and management.
• Assess risks associated with equipment and production processes.
• Develop process technologies that improve yield and reduce costs, maintain product quality, and communicate with customers regarding complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• English communication is mandatory across writing, reading, listening, and speaking.
• At least 5 years of experience as a process engineer or quality engineer.
• Critical and logical thinking, statistical analysis, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, commercial awareness, and computer skills.
• Commitment to environmental health and safety policies, hazard identification, and continuous improvement.
