Senior QC Team Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Plot CN02-1, Yen Phong Industrial Zone (Expansion Area), Bắc Ninh, Vietnam

What you will do

• Lead and guide incoming and inline QC teams while providing work direction, training, and performance monitoring.
• Manage quality assurance for raw materials, packaging products, and printing labels.
• Handle customer complaints, non-conformances, customer audits, and corrective actions.
• Analyze and improve quality procedures and establish SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensure testing meets customer requirements and follow up on trim cards and samples.
• Develop quality and ISO 9001 training programs and provide quality system consultation across division locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Quality or Industrial Management.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, garment, textile, or printing, including supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong engineering, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience with project and program management, third parties, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of applicable computer systems, Microsoft Office, and function-specific software.
• Proficient English skills required.

Nice to have

• Certified Quality Engineer certification or related professional affiliations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO, or related quality systems.
