Global Invoice Processing Specialist

What you will do

• Process, review, and adjust invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Work with in-country teams and business partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment exceptions.
• Perform general ledger and vendor statement reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Identify process efficiency opportunities and present improvement solutions.
• Support updates to Accounts policies and procedures as business, system, and market requirements change.
• Support the transition of new countries into the Shared Service Centre while maintaining internal controls and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting, or a related finance function.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Practical experience with accounting and financial systems.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable procedures and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, customer-service, and collaboration skills.
