Sr Staff Software Engineer (Vue)

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale software systems focused on availability, scalability, reliability, and end-user efficiency.
• Guide cross-functional teams through concept, development, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Collaborate with solution managers, designers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance to experienced engineers and leaders while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Research and evaluate technologies, tools, AI capabilities, and engineering methodologies that improve solution efficiency and performance.
• Drive automated testing, CI/CD adoption, code quality, and operational reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 12–15 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with C#, SQL Server, Vue, and VB.NET.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies, preferably GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI tooling.
• Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
