Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack, AI)

What you will do

• Own full-stack features for the Raise fundraising platform, including forms, campaign pages, A/B testing, analytics, and donor personalization.
• Build agentic experiences for nonprofit customers across forms, pages, email, and other donor-facing touchpoints.
• Design and ship revenue-driving features using C# on the backend and Vue on the frontend.
• Own application performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring, and production issue resolution.
• Review AI-generated code, participate in architectural discussions, and collaborate with Product and Design.
• Write clean, testable code and support experimentation, iteration, and continuous delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building, operating, and scaling modern web applications in production.
• Strong C#, API, RESTful and/or GraphQL experience.
• Professional JavaScript or TypeScript experience with Vue, React, or Svelte.
• Regular hands-on use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, combined with a strong pre-AI engineering foundation.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, relational database tuning, CI/CD, containers, observability, and application scaling.
• Design sensibility for polished donor-facing interfaces, strong communication, and a team-first approach.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes or modern PaaS deployment experience.
• Experience with SLOs, SLIs, SaaS or B2B products, nonprofit technology, open-source projects, or technical blogs.
