Product Engineer II - Memory IP

What you will do

• Support pre-silicon integration, implementation, usage, and deployment of memory subsystem products.
• Assist with internal system integration and QA testing for controller and PHY products.
• Analyze complex subsystem application and implementation issues and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Support memory PHY and controller SoC integration and implementation reviews, including RTL and gate-level simulations.
• Assist with timing closure, physical integration, post-silicon bring-up, and production test activities.
• Develop product documentation and checklists, respond to customer questions, and use AI-powered tools and analytics to improve technical deliverables.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience, or an M.S. degree.
• Experience with DDR5/4/3, LPDDR5/4/3, HBM3, GDDR6, or similar memory IP.
• Experience in Verilog RTL design and gate-level verification.
• Experience with synthesis and static timing analysis; physical implementation and verification experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with DFT flows, test methodologies, package and board design, schematics, and SI/PI reviews.
• Ability to collaborate with worldwide remote teams and communicate clearly with customers, R&D, and system validation teams.

Nice to have

• M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with Memory PHY and DSP-based architectures.
• Experience with embedded microcontroller firmware.
