Facilities Experienced Electrical Engineer (Industrial Facilities)

Location: Kiryat-Gat, Israel; hybrid work model with regular on-site work at the hirify.global site

hirify.global operates a technology manufacturing site requiring reliable and efficient industrial electrical infrastructure.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve plant electrical distribution systems from the 161KV main substation through 22KV, 6.6KV, and low-voltage systems.
• Manage electrical infrastructure including low-voltage substations, UPSs, emergency generators, motor control centers, and variable speed drives.
• Drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across plant electrical systems.
• Participate in site technology project design and lead electrical projects.
• Conduct startup and commissioning of new electrical systems.

Requirements

• BSc. in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–12 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in an industrial environment.
• Israeli Electrical Engineer license (Hasmalai Mohandes) required.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical system design, protection coordination, and selectivity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Analytical, problem-solving, independent working, teamwork, leadership, and influence skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering design applications.

Nice to have

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in industrial plants or manufacturing facilities.
• Israeli Electrical Inspector License, Bodek level 3.
