Maintenance Operator

Location: Onsite in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do

• Adjust tooling and press equipment for model changeovers, repair machine faults, and perform operational testing.
• Repair and maintain molds, dies, inserts, and other high-precision tooling, including die setup and adjustments.
• Complete daily work reports and verify the availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Inspect tools after operations and perform basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Support production and process teams during the approval, startup, transfer, and implementation of new or repaired tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and participate in continuous improvement, Kaizen, and 5S activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Machining and Tooling or a related field.
• At least one year of related professional experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of bench fitting, assembly adjustments, press operation, die repair and maintenance, and basic electrical systems.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and workplace organization principles.
