Operations Engineer (Microsoft)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-based role near Metro Wilanowska.

What you will do

• Maintain Microsoft-based Azure Cloud and on-premises environments.
• Support systems based on SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server, CRM, and .NET custom applications.
• Participate in project delivery and development cycles while maintaining application and system availability against SLA requirements.
• Report on operational tasks, activities, and SLA goals.
• Handle customer requests, incidents, and change management in line with ITIL practices.
• Collaborate with an international IT Operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, engineering degree, or relevant vocational education in ICT, IT, computer science, software or computer engineering, infrastructure, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience after graduation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and servers.
• Understanding of TCP/IP from a server technical perspective.
• Security awareness.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge of scripting, such as PowerShell.
