Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Architect and manage AWS infrastructure using the AWS CDK and existing in-house architectures.
• Operationalize workloads across AWS and self-hosted or AWS EKS-based Kubernetes environments.
• Design monitoring solutions and build automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Partner with on-premises infrastructure teams on hybrid infrastructure projects.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code and security best practices, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production issues.
• Maintain detailed design documents and system architecture diagrams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on DevOps or similar software engineering experience developing AWS solutions.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Kubernetes workloads, including cluster configuration, Helm charts, containers, and Docker.
• Strong experience with AWS services such as IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, VPC, and DynamoDB.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation; fluency in Python is strongly desired.
• Experience with Linux, Git, security best practices, production debugging, monitoring, and alerting.

• Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
