Early Career Intern - Distribution Technology

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; must work in the hirify.global office where the position is available, with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required. Employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, CPT, and other immigration sponsorship assistance are not available. Relocation and housing are not included.

Salary: $37/hr

What you will do

• Learn the investment firm’s business model across products, investments, sales, operations, and corporate services.
• Shadow end-to-end technology solutions and contribute to project work across the Distribution Technology organization.
• Build capabilities in areas such as business analysis, project management, application development, web development, enterprise architecture, quality assurance, or infrastructure engineering.
• Work with platforms and data pipelines that integrate and transform data for reporting, analytics, and business applications.
• Participate in technology meetings, training, and initiatives that support process improvement and new ideas.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program as a junior, graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, plus technical coursework.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, technical, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and collaborate with teams with varied strengths.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship and must work in the available hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Intermediate proficiency with Python, SQL, Power BI, or Excel.
• Ability to communicate with and work alongside technical and non-technical partners.
