Senior Support Analyst (Privacy Platform)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Office-first culture with three days per week in the office encouraged for most roles; role-specific flexibility should be confirmed with the recruiter.

Salary: $34–$50 USD per hour for candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington.

What you will do

• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 customer support cases from investigation through resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex hirify.global Privacy Platform and web-based software issues.
• Manage multiple cases independently and keep customers updated on progress.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Build expertise in the hirify.global platform and supporting technologies through training and release updates.
• Create knowledge articles and contribute to support process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree, higher education qualification, or 1–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with the hirify.global Privacy Platform or relevant technical skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, APIs, or integrations.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex web-based software suites.
• Working knowledge of development processes, operating systems, browsers, and programming languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly by phone, video, and email.
• Willingness to work alternative shifts, including late shifts and weekends, when required for coverage or releases.

Nice to have

• Privacy industry experience or CIPP/E or CIPM certification.
• French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese language skills.
• Familiarity with the IAB TCF 2.0 framework.
