Technical Support Analyst (SaaS)

Location: On-site in Lake Oswego, Oregon (preferred), Westminster, Colorado, or another hirify.global location. Travel requirement: 0%.

Salary: $22.69–$28.32 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide technical support and maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS standards.
• Analyze incidents, including impact, severity, and risk.
• Collaborate across organizations to resolve customer cases promptly and reduce resolution times.
• Explain complex technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis, write software bugs, and track cases through CRM tools.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong Windows, networking, web browser, SQL, XML, HTML, and scripting troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and CRM case tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Lake Oswego, Westminster, or another hirify.global location.

• Experience developing reports to analyze data trends.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
