Technical Support Analyst (SaaS)

Location: On-site in Lake Oswego, Oregon; Westminster, Colorado; or another hirify.global location. Travel requirement: 0%.

Salary: $22.69–$28.32 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for Unity Construct by e-Builder and drive customer satisfaction.
• Perform preliminary incident analysis, assessing impact, severity, and risk.
• Collaborate across organizations to resolve customer cases and reduce resolution times.
• Explain complex technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support a rotating on-call schedule and maintain accurate case records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical support experience, preferably supporting customers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong Windows, networking, web browser, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SQL, XML, HTML, scripting, software logs, and root cause analysis.
• Experience writing bugs in Jira or Confluence and tracking cases in Salesforce or another CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work rotating on-call shifts.
• Ability to work on-site in Lake Oswego, Westminster, or another hirify.global location.

Nice to have

• Experience developing reports to analyze data trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Relevant experience in place of formal education.
