Commercial Banking Intern

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support onboarding of new client accounts and manage signer changes.
• Respond to internal and external requests within service-level agreements.
• Develop process maps, procedures, and Rules of Engagement for sales teams.
• Track sales activities in Salesforce and provide operational feedback.
• Participate in strategic and operational projects across Commercial Banking and Treasury Management.
• Handle account maintenance, user support, and general client service requests while collaborating with specialty deposit groups.

Requirements

• Interest in commercial banking, treasury management, client service, and banking operations.
• Ability to respond professionally to internal and external requests.
• Ability to work with Salesforce and standard office equipment.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Diego headquarters.
• Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening is required.
