Program Manager, FMS

Location: Dallas, Texas or Washington, D.C.; on-site

Salary: $110,000–$170,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and equity for regular employees.

What you will do

• Lead Foreign Military Sales programs from contract award through delivery, acceptance, training, sustainment, and follow-on support.
• Coordinate U.S. Government stakeholders, international customers, engineering, operations, logistics, sustainment, contracting, and finance teams.
• Manage cost, schedule, technical performance, budgets, resources, contractual requirements, and standard program metrics.
• Perform critical-path analysis, identify bottlenecks and risks, and drive actions to keep programs on schedule.
• Manage international delivery, fielding, training, acceptance, and sustainment activities.
• Lead customer and internal meetings while maintaining accountability, customer trust, and execution quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience supporting Department of Defense programs.
• Ability to independently manage advanced programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Strong leadership, organization, time management, team management, and communication skills.
• Expert understanding of complex project financials.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Foreign Military Sales programs or supporting international military customers.
• Experience with unmanned aerial systems, aviation operations, defense technology, or aviation product sustainment.
• Experience working with NAVAIR, PMA-263, or other UAS program offices.
• Active Secret Security Clearance, PMP certification, or equivalent program management training.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
