Child/Youth Program Coordinator

Salary: USD $48,000–$50,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan and deliver youth curricula, programs, support, and resources for Army National Guard military youth and families.
• Design marketing materials and publications, prepare program reports, and communicate information verbally and in writing.
• Ensure youth services meet the needs of military populations and align with national performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and manage state-level volunteers while building partnerships with youth service organizations.
• Plan and operate large- and small-scale events.
• Analyze statistical data, evaluate program effectiveness, and present trend analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and direct youth programming experience.
• Experience in youth programming and development.
• Ability to work onsite in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with youth of all ages and knowledge of youth development needs.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and implementing youth curricula.
• Military experience or direct civilian experience in a military organization.
