Location: Corpus Christi, Texas, United States; on-campus role
Salary: Up to $19.40 per hour (approximately $40,352 annually)

What you will do
- Manage daily undergraduate admissions application processing and issuance of admission decisions.
- Assist with selecting, training, supervising, and guiding subordinate personnel and student workers in customer service operations.
- Streamline admissions processes, develop operational efficiencies, improve service quality, and execute student communications.
- Process applications for special programs and prepare applications for Undergraduate Admissions Committee review when required.
- Plan and deliver annual training on Banner and supporting software for Enrollment Processing staff.
- Upload SAT, ACT, CLEP, TOEFL, and AP test scores and respond to admissions inquiries from students, parents, and campus partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience, or an accepted education and experience substitution.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, and databases.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a self-motivated and self-directed approach.
- Employment is contingent upon credential verification and completion of a criminal history investigation.
Nice to have
- Experience managing others.
- Experience in admissions, student recruiting, or college relations.
- Experience with Banner Student Information System, Laserfiche, Argos, and TargetX.
- Bilingual Spanish skills.
