TL;DR

Taxes Manager (f/m/d) (Tax Accounting): Supervising accounting and tax activities in a Toluca plant, including audits, tax returns, financial closures, and reporting to corporate entities in the USA and Germany with an accent on Mexican tax compliance and international accounting standards. Focus on preparing government tax returns, coordinating SAT and financial audits, and consolidating monthly and annual reports.

What you will do

Supervise accounting and tax activities.
Attend external, internal, and SAT tax audits.
Coordinate monthly and annual financial closures with plant controllers and corporate entities in the USA and Germany.
Prepare financial consolidation reports for the USA and Germany.
Prepare tax reports and annual tax filings for corporate Germany.
Prepare and submit tax returns to Mexican government bureaus and address requirements from legal entities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field.
More than 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of general accounting, tax returns, payroll, social security, audit support, fiscal matters, international trade, and international accounting standards.
Experience presenting audits to SHCP.
Knowledge of AS400, MS Office, tax-return tools, and accounting systems.
Advanced English level required.

Nice to have

SAP knowledge.
