What you will do
- Review sales opportunities from executed contracts through Salesforce, comparing terms, deal duration, fees, products, and billing structures.
- Apply ’s Run Rate Policy to standard and non-standard transactions to support accurate reporting.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between contracts and Salesforce records before they affect financial reporting.
- Analyze deal structures and apply revenue recognition concepts, including ASC 606.
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to clarify contract terms and escalate complex cases.
- Document review conclusions and support accurate opportunity clearance during month-end and quarter-end close.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies across contracts, data, and systems.
- Confidence reading and interpreting commercial contract terms.
- Basic familiarity with revenue recognition concepts, including ASC 606, or the ability and willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, or confidence learning new systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities under tight deadlines, and document decisions clearly.
- Good judgment, strong written communication, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
