What you will do

• Lead the planning and implementation of products, programs, and initiatives supporting short- and long-term business objectives.
• Direct critical bank-wide and divisional projects, including project planning, results analysis, documentation, and data structure optimization.
• Define strategies for new initiatives and develop complex ad hoc and automated analyses, reports, workflows, and trend reporting.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative information to support business decisions.
• Coordinate discussions, agendas, and meetings with external peers, industry groups, agencies, and US officials.
• Identify risk-related issues, maintain internal control standards, and support responses to audits and regulatory findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience including 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, independence, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external business relationships.
• Ability to coach others in the area of expertise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, or equivalent tools.

Nice to have

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA or another advanced degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience and banking or financial industry experience.
• Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, process improvement, or project management methodologies.
• Experience with SQL, programming, statistical software, financial analysis, regulatory analysis, process analysis, or technical writing.
