Head of Delivery (Computer Vision)

What you will do

• Lead and scale the Implementation Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering organizations.
• Build the operating model, organizational structure, roles, processes, and delivery cadence.
• Work directly with customers and engineers on complex implementations, architecture decisions, deployment scoping, troubleshooting, and executive discussions.
• Create repeatable frameworks for scoping, implementation, deployment, escalation, and handoff.
• Own the path from sales through production and define metrics for implementation success, time-to-value, deployment health, and customer outcomes.
• Develop technical talent and establish feedback loops with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience building or leading a customer-facing technical delivery, forward deployed engineering, implementation engineering, professional services, or similar organization in a technical software company.
• Strong technical depth and experience working with engineers on complex customer problems and implementations.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to remain involved in challenging deployments.
• Experience moving proof-of-concept solutions into production systems and balancing customer-specific needs with scalable products and processes.
• Strong people leadership, prioritization, resource allocation, and communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Experience operating in an environment where the delivery playbook is still being developed.

Nice to have

• Experience building a Delivery or Forward Deployed Engineering function at an earlier stage.
• Background in developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, data platforms, robotics, computer vision, or another deeply technical product environment.
• Experience with deployments involving both software and the physical world.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Experience improving time-to-value or making services-heavy delivery more repeatable and scalable.
