Social Media Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own organic social content, voice, and posting cadence across LinkedIn, X, and relevant channels.
• Grow the founder and executive brands through ghostwriting, positioning, content planning, and coaching.
• Monitor and engage in discussions about Solidus, financial markets, competitors, and relevant industry topics across social and community platforms.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to identify relevant conversations and convert social activity into brand and pipeline impact.
• Surface insights and signals from social and community activity back into the marketing and sales funnel.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience growing corporate and executive social brands in finance, crypto, or AI.
• Demonstrated success creating social copy that achieved significant reach and engagement.
• Experience ghostwriting for executives and adapting content to distinct voices.
• Experience editing video, audio, and written content, including event interviews and podcasts.
• Experience building audiences or communities from scratch and engaging directly with niche or emerging communities.
• Ability to understand technical and regulatory-heavy subject matter quickly, work cross-functionally, track engagement data, and maintain high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience working in digital assets, stablecoins, prediction markets, or other emerging financial models.
