Product Manager - Pharmacy (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote, must be US based; applicants must work from a location where they can comply with company policies such as HIPAA.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business objectives for the Pharmacy Solutions portfolio.
• Analyze pharmacy trends, market opportunities, regulations, competition, customer needs, and product performance.
• Translate strategy into prioritized initiatives, product capabilities, MVPs, release plans, and phased delivery approaches.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Clinical, Data & Analytics, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and implementation teams.
• Lead relationships with PBMs, specialty pharmacy providers, clinical vendors, data providers, and technology partners.
• Coordinate product readiness, go-to-market execution, adoption, and compliance with legal, privacy, security, and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, healthcare technology, pharmacy benefits, digital health, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and leading initiatives from concept through implementation and market adoption.
• Experience with healthcare products involving complex operational, clinical, technical, or regulatory requirements.
• Experience in self-funded healthcare, pharmacy benefits, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or pharmacy cost-management solutions.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be US based and able to work in compliance with HIPAA and company security policies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Product Management, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience working with PBMs, TPAs, health plans, employers, brokers, consultants, or pharmacy vendors.
• Knowledge of pharmacy cost drivers, including benefit design, specialty medications, infusion therapy, pricing, rebates, and formulary management.
• Experience using healthcare or pharmacy data to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
