Service Event Planner (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $88,400–$121,550 base annual salary

What you will do

• Manage service events from initial planning through completion using demand-planning and service-planning systems.
• Coordinate work scope, replacement parts, delivery dates, and execution timelines with field service teams.
• Review schedules, material availability, and event status to maintain accurate planning dates.
• Identify parts shortages and readiness risks, then communicate priorities and recommended actions to stakeholders.
• Coordinate material requirements for new products, equipment improvements, and implementation activities.
• Support spares demand planning and review completed events to improve material usage, cost, quality, and planning accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain management, operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Three or more years of relevant experience for Job Grade 7, or five or more years for Job Grade 8, in service planning, demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, production planning, logistics, or field service support.
• Experience coordinating complex material requirements across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning, demand-planning, or supply chain systems such as Oracle Demantra.
• Experience analyzing planning data, identifying operational risks, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States export regulations before starting work.

• Experience supporting semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, or another complex technical environment.
