What you will do

• Create research-based short videos, graphics, memes, copy, newsletters, nurture sequences, campaign emails, and sales enablement assets.
• Translate complex HR research and data into engaging, platform-specific content that supports thought leadership and conversation.
• Develop social media strategy, including platform focus, content pillars, cadence, employee advocacy, and stakeholder enablement.
• Storyboard and script original content, with a focus on LinkedIn and emerging social trends.
• Manage content pipelines, timelines, and resources while partnering with production, research, marketing, and design teams.
• Monitor social performance and use analytics to optimize content and campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in journalism, communications, or content marketing.
• Experience finding compelling stories in complex B2B subject matter and turning research or data into engaging content.
• Strong writing skills across social media, email, and longer-form content.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and a high volume of content.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, organization, project management, and analytical skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience briefing or partnering with a video and production team.
• Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or German.
