SAP iXp Intern - Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Location: Hybrid work is mandatory in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, United States.

What you will do

• Support Supply Chain Management and ERP programs and stakeholders through marketing and communications activities.
• Create and distribute newsletters, slide decks, and other program communications.
• Manage meeting cadences and coordinate communication activities.
• Organize and maintain content in SharePoint to support access and collaboration.
• Develop engaging content and deliver tailored communication resources for ad-hoc requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve program and team visibility.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Eligibility includes enrollment in or recent graduation from a coding academy, bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's, JD, or PhD program; the start date must be within six months of graduation.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Availability for mandatory hybrid work in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week.

• Complex problem-solving and customer orientation.
• Experience with AI-assisted automation, prototyping, agentic AI practice, or context engineering.
