Marketing Intern (AI)

Location: Austin, Texas, USA; onsite internship

Salary: $20.00–$40.00 per hour; final compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns by organizing assets, coordinating content reviews, and tracking projects.
• Analyze website performance metrics and user engagement trends, summarize findings, and recommend improvements.
• Support sponsor communications, materials, tracking, and event coordination for the hirify.global Technology Summit 2027.
• Use SEO analysis to improve website content and search performance with business and end-market partners.
• Test AI marketing initiatives, document findings, provide feedback, and identify workflow improvements.
• Follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Be at least a sophomore and actively pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field during the internship.
• Maintain an overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• English fluency is required for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in work, academic projects, or competitions.
• Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Project management, communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Interest or familiarity with digital marketing, website performance, SEO, customer experience, AI tools, web analytics, and Microsoft Office.
