Technical Enablement Specialist (Ad Tech)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, Little Rock, New York, or Seattle, United States

Annual base compensation: $132,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Develop deep technical knowledge of hirify.global products and create scalable training for CX teams, partners, and customers.
• Build courses, modules, documentation, slide decks, e-learning materials, lab exercises, and other learning resources.
• Own product enablement areas and collaborate with Product, Engineering, CX, offshore teams, and subject matter experts.
• Deliver interactive virtual and in-person training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support technical implementations during limited availability, assist with customer escalations, and provide feedback to Product.
• Apply adult learning methods, gather learner feedback, and maintain internal processes, checklists, and knowledge-base content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of hirify.global experience.
• Strong understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem and hirify.global product technology.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and communicate with senior leaders, technical audiences, and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, or subject matter experts on complex products, plus technical writing, training, or mentoring experience.
• Strong presentation, organization, prioritization, time management, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and maintaining adult learning materials such as slide decks, job aids, documentation, and lab exercises.
• Experience with learning management systems.
