Senior UX/UI Designer (AI)

Location: Colombia; remote homeoffice

What you will do

• Lead the design of user-centric digital products and services across platforms.
• Build client relationships, understand business challenges, and translate them into design solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to balance visual quality with functionality.
• Conduct user research, incorporate feedback, and refine concepts through testing.
• Assess product value, usability, feasibility, and viability risks.
• Mentor junior designers and communicate design concepts and strategies to clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant industry experience, including at least two years as a lead designer.
• A portfolio demonstrating successful digital products and services that have been designed and shipped.
• Strong understanding of modern user research strategies, UX, and interaction design.
• Advanced problem-solving skills for complex design challenges and diverse subject matter.
• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Self-motivation, excellent communication, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
