QA Automation Senior

Location: Brazil; remote home office

What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, and Pytest.
• Identify, document, and track defects in bug-tracking systems.
• Work with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply quality assurance best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with TestRail, Jira, or similar test case management tools.
• Programming or scripting knowledge in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jenkins, Git, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
• Exposure to API and security testing.
• ISTQB or another relevant certification.
