Clinical Business Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required, with travel of up to 25%.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations, workflows, staffing coordination, dialer activity, and manual worklist oversight.
• Monitor associate productivity, quality, performance trends, and operational goal attainment.
• Provide coaching support, reinforce accountability, and address workflow and performance barriers.
• Oversee MI HIDE workflows and ensure issues requiring clarification or escalation are handled appropriately.
• Support state and regional workflows through timely follow-up, communication of expectations, and escalation of staffing, quality, or performance concerns.
• Serve as a liaison with state partners and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or programs serving dual-eligible populations.
• At least 3 years of project leadership experience.
• Experience leading daily operations, coordinating staffing and workloads, monitoring productivity and quality, identifying barriers, coaching associates, and escalating concerns.
• Must be able to work remotely nationwide within the United States.
• A dedicated, interruption-free workspace is required to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• 8 or more years of technical experience.
