Vice President, Clinical Operations - Behavioral Health UM (Behavioral Health)

Salary: $171,900–$326,900 per year

What you will do

• Direct clinical operations, including behavioral health care management, care coordination, and utilization management across all markets.
• Establish the clinical strategy, objectives, policies, and procedures for cost-effective and clinically appropriate services.
• Monitor performance metrics and benchmarks, identify improvement opportunities, and participate in new implementations.
• Participate in customer, health plan, and quality improvement meetings and oversee required operational reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve provider claims issues and improve care delivery.
• Manage the clinical operations budget and develop training programs to improve provider performance and staff expertise.

Requirements

• Master's degree in behavioral health, psychology, public health, public administration, or a related field, or an RN license.
• 8+ years of clinical and operations experience in the behavioral health industry.
• Previous management experience covering hiring, training, work assignment, and staff performance management.
• Unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD, or RN.
• Must be based in Florida for the remote role.
