Product Analyst, Solutions Consulting (Fraud Analytics)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

What you will do

• Analyze large and complex datasets, market intelligence, customer needs, and emerging fraud trends to identify product and revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Data Science, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success to evaluate and prioritize market opportunities.
• Research fraud vectors and attack methodologies and identify opportunities for new or enhanced fraud-prevention capabilities.
• Develop analytical frameworks, proofs of concept, and data-driven recommendations to support product investment decisions.
• Support the design and testing of next-generation fraud solutions, including advanced phone scam detection and prevention pilots.
• Present clear recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences and improve sales enablement and customer conversations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in analytics, product analytics, fraud analytics, consulting, data science, strategy, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills, with experience analyzing large datasets and using large-scale data platforms.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, develop analytical approaches, and work independently with limited direction.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing technical, product, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating complex analytical findings.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google BigQuery or a comparable cloud-based data and analytics platform.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention, risk analytics, identity solutions, telecommunications, or SaaS environments.
• Experience researching emerging fraud threats, developing pilots, evaluating analytical use cases, or supporting product strategy and go-to-market planning.
