Senior Growth Analyst (Marketplace)

Location: Remote, with occasional onsite meetings and team events at the San Francisco coworking space. If based in San Francisco, the role is hybrid.

Salary: $115,000–$200,000 USD annually, depending on geographic tier, skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Partner with product leaders and initiative leads to define and monitor objectives and core metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Work with the Go To Market team to identify growth opportunities and measure the impact of improvement levers.
• Translate analytical insights into clear execution direction for product teams.
• Investigate and size new opportunities with the Head of Product.

Requirements

• Experience running ad hoc investigations on datasets using SQL and turning findings into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of marketplace metrics and ecosystem dynamics.
• 5+ years of experience in a product or analytics role at a fast-growing marketplace startup is preferred.
• Ability to express relationships using mathematical equations and simplify complex problems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
