TL;DR
Quality Assurance Engineer (Manufacturing): Developing and improving quality systems, inspection criteria, and corrective-action processes for electromechanical actuator manufacturing with an accent on product compliance, process reliability, and production data analysis. Focus on resolving nonconformances, supporting audits, interpreting technical specifications, and improving inspection methods across the production lifecycle.

Location: Chanhassen, Minnesota, United States — on-site. Must be a U.S. Person. The position may involve access to export-controlled information and additional security screening.

Salary: $76,200–$92,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop, apply, and refine quality standards, inspection criteria, and procedures for receiving, in-process, and final product evaluation.
  • Analyze production data, review nonconformances, determine dispositions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support to inspection and production teams and ensure consistent application of inspection methods.
  • Address quality concerns with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Participate in audits and prepare product assurance documentation.
  • Identify quality trends and support continuous improvement of standards, test methods, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing quality support.
  • Working knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and regulatory standards.
  • Experience analyzing production data, evaluating nonconformances, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong quality documentation, product assurance, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and technical interpretation skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Person and able to work on-site in Chanhassen, Minnesota.
