Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define and execute the global cybersecurity, cyber resilience, and digital trust strategy.
• Protect intellectual property, manufacturing operations, digital assets, customer information, and critical business services.
• Lead security operations, incident response, security architecture, identity and access management, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, governance, risk, compliance, and data protection.
• Establish governance and security standards for responsible adoption of AI, automation, cloud platforms, operational technology, and digital products.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on material cyber risks, emerging threats, investments, incident readiness, and disclosure decisions.
• Lead cyber crisis management, business continuity, disaster recovery, cyber recovery, regulatory reporting, and executive communications.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity, technology risk, or related leadership experience, including 5+ years leading a significant cybersecurity function at executive level.
• Experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or equivalent executive in a publicly traded or comparably complex global enterprise.
• Demonstrated success delivering a multiyear cybersecurity transformation and building globally distributed cybersecurity teams.
• Experience protecting hybrid environments spanning enterprise IT, cloud, identity, data, critical business services, manufacturing, and operational technology.
• Experience advising Boards and Audit Committees, leading major incident preparedness and response, and managing cybersecurity through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and executive experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, materials science, industrial technology, life sciences, or another intellectual-property-intensive industry.
• Experience establishing security governance for AI or deploying AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities.
• Experience with complex geopolitical, trade, privacy, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
• Advanced degree or executive certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
