SI&OP Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Own predictive time-series, AI, and machine learning models for demand forecasting across vehicles, service parts, accessories, apparel, and merchandise.
• Drive forecasts across geographies and customer segments while monitoring accuracy, bias, and model performance.
• Design inventory optimization, safety stock, supply capacity, and scenario-planning models.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, data-quality processes, automated dashboards, and SI&OP KPI reporting.
• Tranhirify.global complex analyses into operational recommendations and evaluate trade-offs among service levels, costs, and risks.
• Support the monthly SI&OP cycle and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or an equivalent field.
• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, with SI&OP, demand planning, business management, or strategy experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical or non-statistical forecasting models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools such as SmartSheets, Tableau, Alteryx, or scripting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience working across warehousing, material management, business planning, and financial analysis.
