Sr. Manager, Lung Portfolio Marketing (Oncology): Developing HCP and patient marketing strategies and tactics for Pfizer's lung cancer portfolio with an accent on congress planning, speaker programs, promotional compliance, and cross-functional execution. Focus on translating clinical data and market research into actionable insights, managing agencies and budgets, and coordinating national and global oncology initiatives.
Location: United States — New York City, NY; Collegeville, PA; Bothell, WA; or Lake Forest, IL. Domestic travel of up to 20% is required. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
Annual base salary: $124,400–$207,400, plus a target bonus of 17.5% and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Develop HCP and patient marketing strategies and tactics for the lung cancer portfolio, including LORBRENA, BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI Lung, and XALKORI.
- Lead planning and execution for regional, national, and global congresses as the U.S. lung portfolio lead.
- Identify and develop the lung speaker bureau and manage speaker program execution and training.
- Manage co-pay and voucher programs, print inventory, promotional projects, and Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review.
- Measure marketing impact, generate early learnings, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, co-promotion partners, agencies, and vendors while managing budgets, briefs, timelines, and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 6 years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, or 5+ years with an MBA/MS.
- Experience in U.S. or global in-line marketing; understanding of the advanced lung cancer landscape is preferred.
- Ability to develop actionable insights from complex clinical data and market research.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, presentation, and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Oncology, specialty, or rare disease marketing experience.
- MBA or another related graduate-level degree.
- Experience managing a portfolio of brands and external agencies or vendors.
- Experience leading colleagues outside a direct reporting relationship and working in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Agile mindset and a track record of innovation and execution under accelerated deadlines.
