Accountant (AI ERP Customer Success)

What you will do

• Own long-term customer relationships, success plans, recurring meetings, and measurable customer outcomes.
• Translate complex accounting challenges into automated workflows on hirify.global’s AI platform.
• Apply accounting expertise to connect product capabilities with real-world customer requirements.
• Lead customer training, platform adoption, process optimization, and month-end close efficiency initiatives.
• Share customer feedback with founders and Product, triage support issues with Engineering, and coordinate account handoffs with Implementation.
• Develop deep product expertise and represent hirify.global through structured problem-solving and customer empathy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public audit/assurance or industry general ledger, close, revenue, accounts payable, or consolidations.
• Understanding of UK GAAP and the end-to-end close process.
• Experience translating accounting requirements into system configurations and automated workflows.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Intacct and ability to learn new finance tools.
• Bias to action, ownership mindset, attention to detail, and effectiveness in a fast-moving environment.
• Client-facing, consulting, implementation, or CPA experience is useful but not required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to IFRS and technical accounting concepts such as IFRS 15 and revenue recognition.
• Active or inactive CPA certification.
• Previous client-facing or implementation experience.
