Associate Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own sprint-level execution and drive assigned features from concept through delivery.
• Support product vision, roadmap priorities, quarterly objectives, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, QA, and Product leadership to define solutions and deliver features.
• Lead backlog grooming, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and sprint planning.
• Participate in product discovery, customer conversations, beta programs, release readiness, and stakeholder communications.
• Use AI tools and Figma for ideation, requirements gathering, prototyping, and feature definition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related area.
• Experience defining user stories, use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development, preferably in a Kanban environment.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, AirFocus, Figma, or similar product management tools.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, and other stakeholders while managing multiple initiatives independently.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, curiosity, initiative, and continuous-learning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data, integrations, system dependencies, or technical workflows.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for product development activities.
