Marketing Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Mexico; hybrid in CDMX or GDL, with other remote options

What you will do

• Gather website and mobile application tracking requirements with Data Analytics, Data Science, and Product teams.
• Implement event architectures with developers and digital product owners.
• Maintain Tracking Architecture documentation in Confluence.
• Implement additional tracking for advertising and marketing journey tags.
• Troubleshoot analytics and data integrity issues.
• Perform tracking and data quality assurance during production cycles.

Requirements

• Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager or Adobe Dynamic Tag Management.
• Knowledge of SQL or other querying languages, event streaming, microservice messaging, and platforms such as Apache Kafka, Amazon Kinesis, Segment, or RudderStack.
• Knowledge of web metrics, KPIs, tracking variables, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, and DOM manipulation.
• Experience with front-end web or analytics development tools, tag audit or session replay tools, and marketing technology platforms.
• Understanding of DMP, mobile SDK, ETL/ELT, and CDP technologies.

Nice to have

• AI tooling proficiency for drafting, analysis, research, and process automation.
• Experience with AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of Adobe Target, Optimizely, dbt, or Terraform.
