Manager, Distribution (2nd Shift)

Location: Clayton, Ohio, United States; onsite five days a week. Second shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Required travel: up to 10% domestically. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Salary: $72,360–$108,540 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, train, and motivate 20–25 hourly distribution center employees.
• Improve operational productivity, quality, service levels, and processes by resolving issues and implementing standards.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, mentor employees, and enforce safe equipment use and work procedures.
• Oversee receiving, processing, storage, inventory, equipment, and maintenance activities.
• Manage payroll, attendance, workflow decisions, and administrative activities to reduce costs and improve service.

Requirements

• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interpret and convey operational information accurately.
• Knowledge of performance management practices for developing individual and team performance.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Clayton, Ohio, on the second shift.
• U.S. work authorization assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

Nice to have

• Distribution center or warehouse management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Microsoft Office knowledge and project management skills.
