Senior Manager, Program Management - Seller Defect Reduction

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, Arkansas, United States. Additional position locations include Bellevue, Washington; Hoboken, New Jersey; and San Bruno, California.

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000 in Bentonville; $96,000–$186,000 in Bellevue or Hoboken; $104,000–$202,000 in San Bruno. Performance-based bonuses and, for some positions, stock may also be provided.

What you will do

• Scale and lead rapid seller defect reduction programs.
• Execute multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles.
• Develop and communicate program strategies aligned with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate associates while building high-performing teams.
• Analyze program performance, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership from manager to SVP, to resolve critical issues and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple programs or projects.
• At least 3 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or a related area.
• Expertise in defect reduction, process improvement, gap analysis, data analysis, and performance evaluation.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and team development skills.
• Commitment to ethical standards, company policies, and a positive work environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Project Management certification.
