Graphic Designer - Presentations (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite)

Location: Wheeling, West Virginia, United States; hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite

Salary: $18.25–$25.53 per hour

What you will do

• Create, edit, proofread, and correct pitch books and branded presentation materials.
• Review job requests, coordinate intake and workflows, and track presentation work through completion.
• Apply established procedures, standards, and formats to complete client requests.
• Perform quality assurance on personal work and, when requested, on others’ work.
• Communicate with team members, supervisors, leads, and clients about job status and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues while meeting contracted delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of presentation experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, or Visio, plus strong keyboarding and typing skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe PDF and Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule from the Wheeling office, including 2 onsite days, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
