What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex clinical programs.
• Oversee site resourcing and workforce planning workstreams.
• Coordinate project managers, technical leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks and issues, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive program management experience with a record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Solid site resourcing and workforce planning experience.
• Strong leadership, team management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
