Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant (Real Estate Focus)

Location: Remote; candidates must be able to receive payments via Wise in South Africa, the UK, the US, or the Philippines.

What you will do

• Schedule and publish recurring content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
• Create property, open house, market update, and community content using graphics and short-form video.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, and community interactions, escalating potential buyer and seller leads.
• Draft, format, and schedule newsletters while integrating market reports, listings, valuation tools, and maintenance advice.
• Maintain and segment contact databases and organize listing photos, videos, and testimonials.
• Track engagement metrics and collaborate with the Lead Marketing Strategist on content calendars and campaign priorities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant.
• Proficiency with Canva, brand kits, templates, and CapCut or similar short-form video tools.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and scheduling platforms such as Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Experience with real estate CRMs, MLS-integrated email tools, Mailchimp, or kvCORE.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Excellent written English, strong grammar, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to submit content drafts before publishing deadlines.

Nice to have

• Previous experience supporting residential real estate agents or teams.
